Welcome to Sweep N Glow. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sweep N Glow website and, where applicable, your request, scheduling, purchase, or receipt of cleaning services from Sweep N Glow (“Sweep N Glow,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, requesting an estimate, scheduling services, or purchasing services from Sweep N Glow, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms, subject to any separate written service agreement applicable to your cleaning services.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. SERVICES
Sweep N Glow may provide services including, but not limited to:
- Residential cleaning;
- Recurring cleaning;
- Deep cleaning;
- Apartment and condominium cleaning;
- Move-in and move-out cleaning;
- Office and commercial cleaning;
- Rental and short-term rental turnover cleaning;
- Post-construction or post-renovation cleaning; and
- Other cleaning or property-care services specifically agreed upon by Sweep N Glow.
The exact scope of a cleaning is determined by the service selected, written estimate, work order, booking confirmation, or separate service agreement.
Services not expressly included in the agreed scope of work are not included unless separately authorized.
3. ESTIMATES AND PRICING
Any estimate provided by Sweep N Glow is based upon the information available to us when the estimate is prepared.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, an estimate is not a guarantee that the final price will remain unchanged.
Pricing may be adjusted where:
- The property’s actual size or condition differs materially from what was represented;
- The amount of cleaning required exceeds what was reasonably anticipated;
- Additional rooms, areas, or services are requested;
- Excessive clutter, soil, grease, pet hair, debris, or buildup is encountered;
- Hazardous, unsanitary, or unusual conditions are discovered; or
- Other circumstances materially affect the time, labor, supplies, or equipment required.
Where reasonably practicable, Sweep N Glow will communicate material additional charges before performing substantial additional work.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCURATE INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information concerning the property, including its size, condition, access requirements, pets, parking restrictions, known hazards, and any circumstances reasonably relevant to performing the requested services.
Sweep N Glow may modify an estimate, decline service, suspend service, or leave the property if material information was omitted or conditions differ substantially from those disclosed.
5. SCHEDULING AND ARRIVAL WINDOWS
Appointment times may be provided as arrival windows rather than guaranteed exact arrival times.
Traffic, weather, previous appointments, staffing, emergencies, building-access issues, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect arrival times.
Sweep N Glow will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant delays.
Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, appointment and completion times are estimates.
6. ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
The customer is responsible for ensuring that Sweep N Glow personnel can safely and lawfully access the premises at the scheduled time.
Access may be provided through:
- The customer or authorized representative;
- Key;
- Door code;
- Building personnel;
- Lockbox; or
- Another method approved by Sweep N Glow.
The customer represents that they have authority to grant Sweep N Glow access to the premises.
Sweep N Glow is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services resulting from inaccurate access instructions, inaccessible premises, malfunctioning locks, building restrictions, or similar circumstances outside our reasonable control.
A lockout, denied-access, or late-cancellation fee may apply where disclosed during booking or in the applicable service agreement.
7. KEYS, ACCESS CODES AND SECURITY
Any key, entry code, alarm information, or similar access information provided to Sweep N Glow will be used for the purpose of providing authorized services.
Customers should promptly notify Sweep N Glow when access credentials change.
Sweep N Glow will take reasonable measures to safeguard access information but cannot guarantee against events outside its reasonable control.
8. CUSTOMER PREPARATION
Customers should provide a reasonably accessible working environment before the cleaning appointment.
Unless organizing services are specifically included, customers should remove or secure excessive clutter, personal documents, cash, jewelry, medication, firearms, collectibles, irreplaceable objects, and other valuable or sensitive property.
Sweep N Glow personnel are not required to move unusually heavy furniture, appliances, equipment, or other objects that cannot reasonably and safely be moved by one person unless specifically agreed upon.
9. VALUABLE, FRAGILE AND IRREPLACEABLE PROPERTY
Customers must notify Sweep N Glow before service of items requiring special handling.
This includes, without limitation:
- Antiques;
- Artwork;
- Collectibles;
- Heirlooms;
- Fragile decorations;
- Items of unusual value;
- Items that are already damaged, cracked, loose, improperly installed, or unstable.
Customers should secure particularly valuable or irreplaceable property before service.
Sweep N Glow may decline to clean or move an item when our personnel reasonably believe doing so could cause damage.
10. PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE AND NORMAL WEAR
Sweep N Glow is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, ordinary deterioration, improper installation, defective materials, loose fixtures, weakened surfaces, normal wear, or conditions that are not reasonably apparent before cleaning.
Examples may include loose grout, deteriorated caulking, peeling paint, unstable fixtures, improperly secured shelving, cracked surfaces, worn finishes, sun-damaged materials, and improperly installed items.
Cleaning may reveal pre-existing stains, discoloration, wear, scratches, deterioration, or damage that was previously obscured by dirt or debris.
11. DAMAGE CLAIMS
Sweep N Glow takes reasonable care while performing services.
If a customer believes property was damaged as a direct result of our services, the customer should notify Sweep N Glow as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the alleged damage and provide reasonable supporting information, including photographs when available.
Sweep N Glow must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the alleged damage before repair, replacement, disposal, or alteration of the affected property, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent additional damage or address an emergency.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
12. CLEANING RESULTS
Sweep N Glow strives to provide high-quality professional cleaning; however, cleaning results depend upon numerous factors, including the age, condition, material, previous treatment, staining, buildup, deterioration, and maintenance history of surfaces and property.
We do not guarantee that every stain, odor, discoloration, mark, mineral deposit, mold stain, adhesive, grease deposit, or other condition can be completely removed.
A customer’s dissatisfaction with a condition that cannot reasonably be corrected through ordinary cleaning does not necessarily constitute defective service.
13. SATISFACTION CONCERNS
Customers who believe an agreed cleaning task was missed or inadequately performed should contact Sweep N Glow within [24/48] hours after completion of service.
Where appropriate, Sweep N Glow may elect to return and re-clean the affected area.
Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, providing an opportunity to correct the service may be Sweep N Glow’s preferred first method of resolving a service-quality complaint.
14. PETS
Customers must disclose pets that may be present during service and are responsible for maintaining reasonable control of them.
Customers should secure animals that are aggressive, territorial, likely to escape, or may interfere with cleaning personnel.
Sweep N Glow may suspend or terminate a service when an animal creates a reasonable safety risk.
Sweep N Glow is not responsible for an animal escaping when the customer failed to disclose the animal or failed to follow reasonable instructions for securing it, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
15. CHILDREN AND OCCUPANTS
Customers are responsible for supervising children and other occupants who remain on the premises during service.
For safety reasons, customers should prevent occupants from interfering with cleaning equipment, supplies, wet floors, work areas, or personnel.
16. HAZARDOUS OR UNSANITARY CONDITIONS
Sweep N Glow reserves the right to decline, stop, or modify service when personnel encounter conditions that reasonably present a health or safety risk.
Examples include:
- Human or animal waste beyond ordinary household conditions;
- Bodily fluids;
- Blood;
- Needles or sharps;
- Hazardous chemicals;
- Suspected asbestos;
- Significant mold contamination;
- Pest or insect infestation;
- Illegal substances;
- Unsafe structural conditions;
- Weapons that are not properly secured; or
- Any condition requiring specialized remediation.
Standard cleaning services do not include hazardous-material remediation, biohazard remediation, pest remediation, mold remediation, or other specialized services unless Sweep N Glow expressly agrees otherwise in writing and is legally permitted to perform them.
17. CLEANING PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT
Sweep N Glow may provide cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed.
Customers must notify us in advance of known surface sensitivities, manufacturer-specific cleaning requirements, allergies relevant to requested products, or requested restrictions concerning cleaning products.
If a customer requests that Sweep N Glow use customer-supplied products or equipment, Sweep N Glow is not responsible for damage caused by defects, improper labeling, undisclosed characteristics, or manufacturer incompatibility associated with those products or equipment, except where otherwise required by law.
18. UTILITIES
The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to electricity and running water when required to perform the service.
Sweep N Glow may be unable to complete some or all services if necessary utilities are unavailable.
19. PAYMENT
Payment is due according to the terms disclosed at booking, on an invoice, estimate, work order, or separate service agreement.
Sweep N Glow may require:
- A deposit;
- A valid payment method;
- Preauthorization;
- Payment before service;
- Payment immediately following service; or
- Payment according to agreed commercial invoice terms.
Customers authorize charges that they expressly approve in connection with requested services.
Past-due balances may result in suspension or cancellation of future services.
Any collection costs, late charges, or other remedies will apply only to the extent disclosed and permitted by applicable law.
20. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
We understand that schedules change.
Customers should cancel or reschedule appointments at least [24/48] hours before the scheduled service.
A cancellation, rescheduling, or lockout fee may apply to appointments canceled after the applicable deadline or where our personnel arrive but cannot access the property, provided that the applicable fee was disclosed to the customer.
Sweep N Glow may waive a fee in appropriate circumstances at its discretion.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory cancellation right that applies to a particular transaction.
21. RECURRING CLEANING SERVICES
Recurring services may be offered weekly, biweekly, monthly, or on another agreed schedule.
The applicable price, frequency, cancellation procedure, renewal or continuous-service terms, and any minimum commitment will be disclosed before the customer enrolls.
Where an arrangement constitutes an automatic renewal or continuous service agreement under applicable law, Sweep N Glow will provide legally required disclosures and obtain required consent.
Customers will be provided a reasonable method to cancel recurring services.
22. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND PERSONNEL
Sweep N Glow may perform services through employees, contractors, subcontractors, or other authorized personnel where permitted by law.
Customers may not direct personnel to perform work outside the agreed scope without authorization from Sweep N Glow.
23. NON-SOLICITATION OF PERSONNEL
To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers agree not to knowingly circumvent Sweep N Glow by directly hiring personnel introduced to the customer through Sweep N Glow for substantially similar cleaning services outside of Sweep N Glow during the customer’s active relationship with the Company.
Any separate non-solicitation obligation or fee must be expressly disclosed in the applicable service agreement and will apply only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.
24. PHOTOGRAPHS
Sweep N Glow may photograph areas of a property when reasonably necessary to document:
- Pre-existing damage;
- Property condition;
- Completed work;
- Service disputes; or
- Safety concerns.
We will not intentionally publish identifiable photographs of a customer’s private residence or business for advertising or promotional purposes without appropriate authorization.
25. PERSONAL PROPERTY AND DOCUMENTS
Sweep N Glow personnel are not authorized to intentionally inspect private papers, financial records, electronic devices, closed containers, or other personal materials except where necessary to move an item in the ordinary course of cleaning.
Customers are responsible for securing confidential documents and sensitive property.
26. LOST OR MISPLACED ITEMS
Cleaning necessarily involves moving some objects.
Sweep N Glow is not responsible merely because an item cannot immediately be located after cleaning.
Customers should contact us promptly concerning allegedly missing property so that the circumstances can be reviewed.
Suspected theft will be taken seriously and may be referred to appropriate authorities where warranted.
27. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SWEEP N GLOW WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR SERVICES.
ANY LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN THESE TERMS APPLIES ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND DOES NOT EXCLUDE LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE LIMITED OR WAIVED.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate rights provided to consumers under applicable law.
28. FORCE MAJEURE
Sweep N Glow will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, road closures, government orders, emergencies, labor disruptions, vehicle breakdowns, widespread illness, or similar events.
We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected services.

Information appearing on SweepNGlow.com is provided for general informational and commercial purposes.
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate but do not warrant that all website content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Service descriptions, availability, promotions, and pricing may change.
30. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
Our website may contain links, embedded content, payment systems, scheduling tools, maps, reviews, or other functionality provided by third parties.
Sweep N Glow does not control third-party websites or their independent privacy and business practices.
Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
31. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

34. COMMUNICATIONS

Marketing communications will be handled separately where consent is required by applicable law.
35. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
36. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before commencing formal legal proceedings concerning a service dispute, the parties are encouraged to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter directly.
A customer may contact Sweep N Glow at:
Nothing in this provision prevents either party from exercising rights or remedies available under applicable law.
37. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary, without affecting the remaining provisions.
38. NO WAIVER
Failure by Sweep N Glow to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision later.
39. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Sweep N Glow may update these Terms periodically.
The current version will display its effective or “Last Updated” date.
Changes will apply prospectively except where otherwise permitted by law.
Material changes affecting an existing service agreement will be handled in accordance with that agreement and applicable law.
40. ENTIRE WEBSITE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing use of this website.
A separate estimate, booking confirmation, work order, recurring-service agreement, or service contract may contain additional terms governing a particular cleaning service.
If a separate written service agreement conflicts with these website Terms concerning the actual cleaning service, the specifically negotiated service agreement will control to the extent of that conflict, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
